How can I reset my password?
Click the ‘Forgot Password ’link under the Password box on the Sign-in page. After clicking the link, enter your username attached to your account. You will receive an email that will allow you to create a new password.

Product Search & Information

How do I search for a product?
You can search by item number, manufacturer name, manufacturer number, UPC, or use keywords to describe the item using the search bar.

Order Information

Can I place an order without creating an account?
No, you cannot place an order without a WausauSupply.com account. You will need an account to see prices, check inventory and place items in your cart. 

Shipping Information

How do I change my shipping option?
To choose pick-up instead of delivery:
After signing into your account, you will be offered two Fulfillment Method options. The delivery option is ticked by default. If you wish to pick up your order, tick the circle next to Pick Up instead.

What should I do if I am unable to find the product I want to order?

Mobile App Information

How do I download the WausauSupply.com mobile app?
Our mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Please download from your respective app store. You will utilize the same username and password as you do for the website.
