Wausau Supply Co. Expands Two-Decade LP Building Solutions Relationship as Full-Line LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding Distributor
SCHOFIELD, Wis. (Sept. 29, 2026): Wausau Supply Co. today announced it is expanding its long-standing partnership with LP Building Solutions (LP) to distribute the full LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding portfolio throughout Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, as well as portions of Kentucky and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
The agreement deepens a relationship that dates back more than 20 years. Diamond Kote®, Wausau Supply Co.'s prefinished siding system, is built on LP SmartSide technology. With today's announcement, Wausau Supply Co. becomes both a manufacturer building on LP's platform and a full-line distributor of the SmartSide portfolio, giving customers a single, knowledgeable partner for engineered wood siding from substrate to finished wall.
